Our coaches are all familiar with Innervate’s approach to developing individual and team performance, leadership and wellbeing and are focused on finding solutions that enable clients to improve outcomes for themselves and others.

    Ian is co-director and founder of Innervate and has over 20 years coaching experience working with individuals, leaders and teams across the commercial, education and health sectors. He also has extensive experience of high-performance coaching across a wide range of contexts from organisational leaders to professional athletes.

    In all his coaching, Ian has a consistent theme of helping individuals and teams to enhance performance and create more success while building and maintaining wellbeing.

  • Nerine Gregersen

    Nerine provides in-person and online Supervision.
    Nerine practised medicine for over 25 years, in both public and private healthcare settings. Having worked in diverse cultural and socioeconomic settings, and in multidisciplinary teams, she understands the challenges of being a healthcare professional. She has mentored and provided Supervision for individuals ranging from undergraduate students to managers and leaders.
    Nerine has credentials and experience in counselling, Supervision, Mind-Body medicine, Logotherapy, yoga and yoga nidra. She is also a certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator. These skills allow her to provide a service uniquely suited to Healthcare Professionals.
