Meet our coaches

Ian Richards

Ian is co-director and founder of Innervate and has over 20 years coaching experience working with individuals, leaders and teams across the commercial, education and health sectors. He also has extensive experience of high-performance coaching across a wide range of contexts from organisational leaders to professional athletes. In all his coaching, Ian has a consistent theme of helping individuals and teams to enhance performance and create more success while building and maintaining wellbeing.

Patrick Sherratt

Patrick is co-founder and director of Innervate and specialises in helping people apply stress stress-reduction strategies into their professional and personal lives. Patrick also offers a high-performance audio service using tailored visualisation to help people simulate future stressful experiences with more ease. In recent years, this service has extending to people using his visualisation audios to simulate physical healing to reduce recovery time after accidents or injury.
In addition, Patrick is a recognised expert in supporting people through the challenges of exam preparation and is the author of the internationally renowned book "Passing Exams”.

Nerine Gregersen

Nerine provides in-person and online Supervision and coaching. Nerine practised as a specialist medical consultant for over 25 years, in both public and private healthcare settings. Having worked in diverse cultural and socioeconomic settings, and in multidisciplinary teams, she understands the challenges of being a healthcare professional and being in a senior role. She has provided Supervision for individuals ranging from postgraduate students to managers and leaders. Nerine has credentials and experience in Supervision, coaching, Mind-Body medicine, Logotherapy, yoga and yoga nidra. She also facilitated the Dare to Lead™ programme from 2019-2024. These skills allow her to provide a service uniquely suited to Healthcare Professionals, especially those in senior or leadership roles.

Mikal Nielsen

Mikal is a personal and professional development coach with 30+ years of experience, helping business owners, leaders and teams with reducing stress, elevating control and creating inner peace. Mikal is a public speaker and author of multiple books, including his latest "Time Management: A complete waste of time"
